This train is operated on alternative days between Shanghai and Hong Kong (Hung Hom).
The journey is about 24 hours and passengers can choose their own class: Hard Sleeper,
Soft Sleeper and Deluxe Soft Sleeper.

Ticket Fares

Remarks:
* For Dongguan, Guangzhou East, Guangzhou and Shaoguan, the deluxe soft sleeper ticket will only be available 2 days before departure. For all the other class of travel, e.g. soft and hard sleeper, the pre-sale period will remain as exist.
** Deluxe Soft Sleeper tickets for Shanghai " Kowloon are not for sale in Hong Kong.
*** Children aged 5 - 9 require a child ticket. Adult aged 10 or above require an adult ticket. A child under 5 and accompanied by a fare-paying adult may travel free, provided that the child does not occupy a seat.

Advance tickets can be bought up to 60 days in advance for Shanghai Station. For all the other stations, advance tickets are only available 30 days in advance. Return tickets for Shanghai Station can be bought in Hong Kong. For other stations, return tickets have to be bought at the departure station. Return tickets are sold within 5 days of departure.
